Below are some of the frequently asked questions about our cleaning services that we receive, in the event you have additional questions please do not hesitate in contacting us, we are always happy to hear from you.
Do your invoices include VAT?
We are VAT registered so yes we include VAT. Quotes are given without VAT.
How long after the cleaning is completed is the invoice due?
We invoice monthly for contracts. For one-off work like end of tenancy cleans and special cleans we will invoice in a few days after work has been completed.
Do you use Eco Friendly Cleaning products?
We use and supply eco-friendly cleaning products. We are very aware of how some cleaning products are harmful to produce and dispose of. We pride ourselves in moving away from harsher cleaning chemicals. We believe this is the future for the cleaning industry.
How many cleaners might be present onsite?
Depending on size and time constraints. It all depends on what is best for the time. Customers will always be informed step-by-step about how many staff would be attending. On regular cleaning, we recommend staff working no more than 3 hours per visit. Work that requires longer working time, we will employ further staff members to get the task completed.
What guarantees do you offer?
We guarantee that we will rectify any work that is not satisfactory. This includes carpet deep cleaning and any issues with special work done. On regular cleaning contracts, our clients will have regular site visits from our area supervisors. Weekly visit for contracts with more than 3 cleaners. An Area manager will make contact with site representatives on a monthly basis to keep updated with the operational side.
What happens if I am not pleased with the service?
Just pick up the phone or email us and we will listen to the issues and work together for a solution. We do not tie any of our customers with lengthy contracts, clients can decide to terminate with just one month's service, even within the first year.
Do you offer Graffiti cleaning?
Yes we do. We also offer jet washing for external carparks and paving stone cleaning.
Do our end of tenancy prices include window cleaning?
Yes all internal glass will be cleaned.
What is carpet deep cleaning?
It is cleaning carpets using wet extraction or dry powder cleaning. Both will remove deep dirt and stains.
Do our end of tenancy cleans include carpet cleaning?
Our standard prices allow for dry suction cleaning service. For an enhanced shampoo clean or stain removal service the minimum charge is £90.00. This includes 1 bedroom including hallways and one reception room.
How long do our contacts last?
It's totally up to you. You fix the term. We are flexible and we will understand the stress of being tied down to a contract. That's why we are happy with only one month's termination for all new customers.
